Thank-you page upsell
Offer products on the order-status page after payment — every plan, every payment method, and no risk to the conversion you just won.
This offer renders on the order-status page, after the order is already placed. That single fact shapes everything about it — and makes it the lowest-risk upsell you can run.
Included from Starter.
Why it can’t cost you anything
The order is closed. Nothing you show here can interrupt a checkout, add friction to a payment, or lose you a sale that was already won. The worst case is a page a shopper scrolls past.
The trade-off is on the other side: because the order is closed, an accepted offer can’t join it. Tapping a suggestion opens that product’s page, and buying it creates a new order. So this surface is best read as “start a second visit”, not “add one more line”.
Settings
- Rank by / window — the same signals as everywhere else, or switch to Manual and hand-pick.
- How many to rank — up to 6.
- How many to show — 1 to 3, defaulting to 2. The extras are backups: if a lead pick turns out to have no purchasable variant by the time the page renders, the next one takes its place.
- Heading — defaults to “You might also like”.
What it never suggests
Whatever the shopper just bought. QSortby excludes every product in the order from the result — more glaring here than anywhere else, because the receipt is on the same page.
If nothing suitable is left after that exclusion, the section doesn’t render at all rather than showing an empty block.
One thank-you upsell serves at a time; if you create several, the first switched-on one is used.
